H2optixs Glasses Review
I had heard from fellow fisherman that I needed to ditch my $10 shades and invest in a pair of polarized glasses. Most commented that they added to the experience of seeing the strike, dealing with mid-day and late evening glare on the river and may just save me from a soaker by seeing that rock that I normally wouldn’t notice.

It was with these comments in mind that I took possession of a pair of H2Optix polarized glasses. I was immediately amazed at the difference they made on the stream, in fact the ability to see through the glare took some getting used to as I tended to follow the strike and pull the fly out of the fishes mouth. The wrap around lenses provides good coverage at all angles and I didn’t have any annoying reflection coming off the lenses when the sun was behind me. Overall comfort is good, the arms are a little tight but that is more a strength than weaknesses when bending down to release a fish. Outside of the lenses what truly impressed were two details in the arms of the glasses, each arm has a hole to accommodate a neck strap that ensures the glasses stay around your neck if they slip off. As well there are two floats attached to the string that would stay on the surface of the water should the unthinkable happen and your glasses fall into the river.

Overall I am very satisfied with the glasses, they are great investment not only for fishing and other water sports but I have also found them to be terrific for driving and cycling. If you are in the market for a pair of shades be sure to check out H2Optixs, I am sure you won’t be disappointed.
